As we expand our services, we are actively seeking skilled Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team as independent contractors.
Neptune Therapist Compensation Plan
Our compensation model is designed to ensure licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (STs) receive fair, competitive rates while maintaining autonomy in their practice. We know how hard you work—and we believe you should be paid well for it. Whether you’re a PT, OT, or ST, here’s what you can expect:
Base Visit Rate:
- PT/OT: $70–$90 per 60-minute visit
- ST: $85–$100 per 60-minute visit
- PTA/COTA: $50 – $70 per 60-minutes visits
- Adjusted for complexity, travel distance, or specialized skills.
Performance & Loyalty Bonuses
Quarterly bonuses based on number of completed visits, patient satisfaction scores, or timely documentation as well as compliance with industry standards.
Autonomy & Flexibility Incentives
Therapists select caseload size and schedule, fostering work-life balance.
Referral bonus:
$200 per licensed therapist referral who gets a first Neptune paycheck.
