Responsibilities and qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an independent contractor with our company, you will:

• Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

• Stay current with best practices and advancements in your field to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications:

We are looking for dedicated professionals who possess:

• A valid license to practice as a PT, OT, or SLP in the state of Texas

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes.

• Experience in home health care is preferred but not required.

  4. Current Auto Insurance

  5. Chest X-Ray or TB test

  6. Copy of Diploma or Transcript
